How We Work

Requirement Analysis & Quotation

You share your specifications, 2D/3D designs, reference samples, or just a concept. Our engineers analyze technical feasibility, suggest optimal materials, and provide a detailed, competitive quote within 24 hours.

Sampling & Prototyping

Upon price approval, we move to physical prototyping. We create digital mockups followed by a physical pre-production sample (PPS) in 3-7 days. This allows you to test the material feel, color accuracy, and hardware durability.

Mass Production & Quality Control

Once you approve the PPS, mass production begins. Our ISO-certified facilities utilize automated looms and sewing machines for rapid scaling. Rigorous QC inspections happen at three stages: Raw Material (IQC), In-Process (IPQC), and Final Output (FQC) — testing tensile strength, color fastness, and dimensional accuracy.
